I invite you, my brothers and sisters, to seek God in prayer as we ask God for the fulfillment of our RESET in our individual as well as corporate lives. To assist you with our prayers being specific, “RESET” will guide us as we pray. For 40 days, we will intentionally petition God for …

R – Renewal

Focus on the concept of spiritual renewal and the refreshment of faith.

Scripture reference: Romans 12:2: "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect."

E – Encouragement

Encouraging one another is central to fostering a supportive and loving community.

Scripture reference:1 Thessalonians 5:11: "Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing."

S – Service

Serving others with a heart of compassion and selflessness reflects God’s love in action.

Scripture reference: Galatians 5:13: "You, my brothers and sisters, were called to be free. But do not use your freedom to indulge the flesh; rather, serve one another humbly in love."

E – Empathy

Developing empathy helps us understand and bear each other’s burdens.

Scripture reference: Colossians 3:12: "Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience."

T – Trust

Building trust in God and within the community is essential for a close-knit fellowship.

Scripture reference: Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."

During this 40 – day period, around noontime join with me in devoting at least 15 minutes each day to pray for God’s RESET, guidance and revelation. As we enter into this season of prayer, let us wholeheartedly believe that God will honor our prayer request and answer us abundantly.
